I have over 30 years of experience in teaching, consulting, research, and writing in the biological, medical and environmental fields. I have conducted research, performed analysis and written, or contributed to the writing of, over 45 publications and technical reports. I earned a doctorate in Hormone Biochemistry and Physiology and completed post-doctoral work in Environmental Toxicology as a National Institute in Environmental Toxicology (NIEHS) Postdoctoral Fellow. My work has been produced for the government, academic, non-profit and private sectors. I have developed the ability to accurately simplify complex terminology over years of teaching and writing while maintaining proficiency in scientific language. This serves as an aid in generating a work product that is geared to your desired audience. The most recent project was to review 2 chapters of the 2nd edition of a Human Anatomy and Physiology textbook by Roiger and Bullock, 2019. Currently, I am an adjunct faculty in Anatomy, Physiology, and Microbiology and have relatively large blocks of time to dedicate to writing, reviewing, data analysis, and editing.
