Driven individual who has been tutoring Mathematics, Physics and Information Technology at the GCE O' and A' levels and have worked in the Data Entry and Customer Service sector for 2 years, where I had a 100% success rate with all my clients. I have proficiency in using MS Word and MS Excel, and I have an online tutoring business where I tutor areas in the Csec and Cape level such as : Trigonometry, Algebra, Matrices, Vectors, Pre calculus and Calculus, Basic Math, Basic and O level Physics, Information Technology, A level Computer Science and Principles of Accounts to an extent. In my elementary school level I competed in the Jamaica's Math Olympiad where I placed 11th in the country and I was a part of my high school's quiz team where my main focuses were Math, Physics and IT. I have received several awards over my school years for both my general excellence in the Sciences and Mathematics for obtaining distinctions in Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science. Currently in University I have been maintaining an A+ in all my core math courses such as Calculus 1 and Intro to Linear Algebra and Analytical Geometry, and A+ in Intro to Computing 1 and 2 that is heavily based on the Python programming language and good reasoning skills. My strengths include Fast Typing, Critical thinking, Calculus, Algebra, Geometry, Basic Math and Linear Algebra and my skills include excellent interpersonal skills, a firm grasp of breaking down complex ideas into simpler ideas, teaching someone a topic without any prior knowledge and being spontaneous enough to let my students enjoy the lesson given to them. I am currently attending the University of the West Indies pursuing my degree in Actuarial Science after successfully completing high school at the highest level.
