I develop in Perl, C++, Java, Javascript, Angularjs, Bootstrap, HTML, Node, C#, VB.net, COBOL, SQL-Server, DB2, IDMS. I have do much confidence in my abilities, that I am willing to only be paid on successful delivery of the completed solution. I have done system conversions and migrations, written productivity tools, developed a workflow system, developed mobile apps and written systems for large corporates. Because of my vast experience in IT, the development life cycle is severely reduced.
