With more than 10 years of professional experience as an advisor, I have been responsible for developing, managing and coordinating multiple projects in the tax area for a wide portfolio of clients, in different sectors of activity, and delivering a full range of quality services. As such, I have a strong analytical profile and sound technical skills, as well as solid experience in project and team management. The main projects and activities where I am able to add value include the identification and mitigation of tax risks, tax planning aiming to achieve/increase tax and financial efficiency within Group restructuring operations and existing corporate structures, improvement of processes by identifying or developing best practices, review of tax litigation documents and design of strategies to successfully contest additional tax assessments issued by the tax authorities.
