I am an IT by profession that has passion in helping and assisting people in terms of technology. I have approximately 8 years of experience in both Technical and Customer Service Support catering U.S, U.K and Australian customers. Communication is my passion and I have achieved my fluency in English throughout my career in different types of Call Center Industry in the Philippines and abroad.
