I worked for a year as a call center agent specifically a transaction processing representative with a BPO Company which is named as a top BPO company here in the Philippines. I also worked as a data encoder for 2 months then was promoted as a team leader with a BPO Company as well which specializes in data entry jobs and I worked there for almost 2 years.
