I am experienced in various administrative tasks and customer service. I work well under pressure, very meticulous and want things done properly and as fast as possible. I was a consistent top performer in a major US telecom account(AT&T UVerse Order Management Center). We handled customer calls regarding issue with porting of telephone numbers to technician calls regarding order flow issues. I also have experience on helpdesk support with UBS(Union Bank of Switzerland), handling all IT concerns of the bank from assistance on requests to computer issues. In Upwork, I had a long term client in which I issue insurance additional insured certificates, make customer follows up via emails and calls, check policies for accuracy, process insurance applications (check for missing details, send back to client to complete and follow up) and a lot of additional tasks as needed. I've also done training on new team members on processes of the company. I am fluent in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop and I believe through my various experiences with admin tasks and customer support, I will be able to learn fast and be able to contribute a great deal to you company.
