Experienced software engineer with a B.S. in Computer Science from Marshall University. I have 10+ years of experience developing web content. I work for a large financial company, redeveloping their entire Windows-based software suite into an integrated web-based platform. In addition, I have worked for Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Council, West Virginia Pumpkin Festival, and Marshall University Recreation Center. A few of the projects I have worked on for the above companies include but are not limited to: Setting up an MS Exchange Server on site and redesigning their current website to be responsive to create a seamless mobile experience for the user. I developed and maintained the Marshall Recreation Center site and database for over 5 years, publishing and integrating parts of their software management suite into the site as they saw fit (web payment portal, new member enrollment, new class signup, and an employee portal - all of which interfaced with the backend of their management software). I implemented the West Virginia Pumpkin Festivals website and content for 4+ years until a member of the board took over that position. Mainly specializing in PHP, ASP, SQL, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, and HTML5 as well as the entire .NET framework. I have gained experience with many other technologies including designing a SharePoint responsive UI among other SharePoint customizations and have done quite a few Wordpress and WooCommerce setups for clients.
