My background is mostly in customer service, my passion IS customer service. I have over 15 years’ experience in customer service and what I have learned is that if you want repeat business and loyal customers, word of mouth and reviews are the best way to retain loyal customers. I have gained my experience in hospitality and call centers. Customers want to be acknowledge and they want to be appreciated for their business. I like to go on and beyond to accommodate customers with their request so, they can feel happy and request our services again. Every repeat customers will build loyalty and word of mouth will, travel fast on how good customer service is within that company.
