I have extensive customer service experience being part of several offshore programs for a US-based company. I have handled credit card programs, travel, cable TV as well as doing inbound phone support for Adobe Systems. I'm well versed in almost any office or admin tasks that involves computer processes like internet research, MS Office applications, handling emails, data encoding, etc. I am also proficient in the English language as I mostly dealt with customers in North America all through out my 10-year stint in the call center industry. I am the type of person who puts a lot of attention to detail, proactive and can work with very minimal supervision. I'm new to the world of virtual assistants and what not, but I can assure you that I'm a fast-learner and can grasp and follow instructions pretty quickly and adeptly.
