Applied mathematics graduate with extensive experience in scientific data research. My projects include application development for preprocessing and visualizing data in Matlab, analyzing brain data for published scientific papers and Python software development for analyzing data. Most recently, I am developing a compatible software to work with the virtual brain. My data analysis work includes multiple machine learning projects including convolutional and recurrent neural networks, face detection or sequence modelling algorithms alongside other more traditional supervised learning algorithms. Elsewhere, I am very comfortable with Google cloud platform and similar cloud services, advanced python programming, GUI development in Matlab and Python and familiar with SQL and similar database languages. Also experienced in web development with live static and dynamic web sites, with a focus on backend development in Python or Javascript.
