Before I entered the BPO INdustry, I was an Administrative Supervisor at Armidale Corporation, handling admin tasks, deliveries, monitoring of supplies and purchasing as well. I was also an Executive Assistant to the VP for marketing in YKL industries. The job entails marketing, administrative and secretarial tasks, appointment settings, flight schedules, handling of marketing and advertisement proposals and the like. At present I am working full time with one of the big banks in Australia and Newzealand as a Collections Officer, so my main task is to collect debts for their mortgages, personal loans, and credit cards, not to mention providing hardship programs as well. I worked at JP Morgan Chase Bank but based in the Philippines as a Financial Advisor. This position holds talking to customers who are going through hardships. The job entails collections, providing hardship programs including that of Settlements. I deal with third-party debt settlement companies as well as Attorneys at law and Attorneys in fact. Great customer service is what I provide to customers making sure that they retain their business with us and making sure that their trust will be regained. I also worked for IBM Daksh, handling customers for Citibank NA. This job entails providing customer services such as balance inquiry, funds transfers, checkbook orders, Citibank Online technical issues and troubleshooting, balance transfers, fraud and disputes, and other bank-related tasks.
