A committed, detail-oriented person. That describes me on how serious I am when it comes to tasks that have been assigned to me. As a person who does data entry, I play a critical role in ensuring that accurate and up-to-date data is available for analysis, reporting, and decision-making process.
With 2 years’ experience as a clerk, I entered various types of data such as customer information, financial records, inventory data or any other type of information that needs to be recorded and tracked. I am also responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of data entries and correcting errors as needed. Plus, I can transfer any handwritten data to a properly typed document and my typing skill is also considered good.
In addition to data entry tasks, I may also perform administration tasks such as organizing and filing documents and providing general office support.
Tools that I have been using in data entry process are Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel, and any other computer software that I am comfortable working with.
