Hi! I have been in the call center industry for 5 years already. I have handled different account for both inbound and outbound campaigns. The very first job experience that I have was as a appointment setter for a medical equipment company. I did outbound calls for seniors in the U.S to offer them durable medical equipment which will be covered by their insurance and medicare. I was a consistent top performer back then and was often receiving bonuses and spiffs. Secondly I have been a collection specialist for Macy's credit card. I have handled both inbound and outbound calls. And lastly, I had also been a customer service representative for Verizon Wireless where my task is to handle general concerns and do basic troubleshooting. Now I am trying to focus on staying at home as it looks more convenient for me unlike if I a going to be working on a corporate company where I have to spend hours for the travel. I also heard from people and friends that working at home has good compensation. I am a hard working person and I am easy to learn. I don't stick to what I already do nonetheless I am very much open to learning new things that would make my job easier and fun. I hope to be working with you soon. Have an amazing day.
