Job Responsibilities ? Collated and reviewed all RFQ/RFP inquiry documents. ? Costing preparation for Base Skids, LV panel Skids, Transformer Base Skids, and all type of fabricated structures. ? Costing preparation for Containerized Substation Buildings like switch gear room, battery rooms. ? Costing preparation for Pipes & Fittings, Tanks, Vessels, Heat Exchangers and all chemical process Equipment’s based on client’s input. ? Coordination with marketing team for any technical clarifications or inputs required from client. ? Regularly checking of the prices of various Suppliers & materials to update costing sheet through system of the company. ? To prepare the Scope of supply, Techno Commercial proposal, terms and conditions. ? To prepare replies to the technical clarification and queries raised by the client on the proposal submitted for their projects. ? To prepare material indent scheduling for purchase team. ? To prepare the production Planning schedule and follow-up with production team daily basis. ? Technical support to marketing / sales Team. ? Develop detailed drawings and specifications for all mechanical equipment using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment based on client’s input if required.
