I have more than 10 years of working experience in aluminum, glass, stainless steel subcontracting field. I am experienced and knowledgeable in unitized and stick curtain wall systems (conventional and structural glazing), thermal and non-thermal doors and windows system, aluminum composite panel and aluminum solid sheet cladding, louvers, point fix, shop fronts, balustrade, canopy, skylight and alike. I have also experience and knowledge in various aluminum profile system (e.g. Wicona, Technal, Vitrocsa, Alumil, Schuco, Hueck, Gutmann, Sunflex and alike). I also do coordination and check the drafting works done by other draftsmen in the project team. I also do liaise with the design manager, project manager, structural engineer, site engineer and other departments with regards to the project. I do material take-off, optimization and value engineering. I also do mock-up drawings, concept and system design to suit the architectural intent, job specification, engineer’s calculation and tender requirements. Attend correlation and coordination meetings at the site if ever deemed necessary to site condition. Do shop drawings, fabrication drawings, cutting list, with hands-on experience in fabrication and installation procedures. Aside from my experience in the field of aluminum field I also work as computer hardware and software support technician, with knowledge in inventory and warehousing procedures including logistics.
