• Estimate the overall material and labor cost for the aluminum and glass commercial projects. • Prepared quantity surveys and cost estimates • Prepares bid queries during bidding period • Reviewing and identifying all the scope of work such as curtain wall, doors & windows, canopies, glass railings, louvers, Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding and other aluminum and glassworks • Reading and analyzing all bid plans and documents, blueprints and specifications • Attending bid clarificatory meeting with the Owner, General Contractor and Consultants for Aluminum and Glass package • Revised bids for the work package after clarificatory meeting • Coordinates with the Design Engineer and Cad Operator for the preparation of technical bids
