We provide Facebook Ad Management Services to Real Estate Agents to help get them buyer and seller leads. Competitive Edge: Unlike Zillow and other means, all the leads generated by the ads we set up are owned exclusively by the Real Estate Agent for future marketing campaigns. We average 100-200 leads per month, and can be higher or lower depending on ad budget, location, and market. With the average agent closing rate of 1-3%, we expect you to close at very least 1 extra house per month, but preferably 2-3+ houses per month. We provide some scripts and training on how to best approach and convert the leads. Must have a budget of $1,700 per month for Management Fee + minimum Ad Spend.
