My forte is facilitating change - Embracing a new structure, process or policies, or adopting new technologies, moving production to new geographic areas or completing realigning the product portfolio. However as is often noticed, 70% of the change efforts don't succeed as much as they were intended to. If organizations don't achieve their intended goals, then it is largely attributed to the resistance to change. This resistance is a natural companion of organizational change efforts. It can be mitigated through a well thought out plan and regular, reliable and clear communication among other actions. A well thought out change plan should identify a compelling reason for change, evaluate readiness, capacity and commitment to change. By including the Organization Change Management services as part of a change – for instance a new software implementation or organizational restructuring or a new way of working , your organization can more quickly gain broad user acceptance, raise user proficiency, and improve performance across your organization. I have several success stories:- * Successfully completed the Wave 1 change management requirements of a major integrated digital transformation for one of the key ministries and agencies of the Govt. of India. We partnered with a global IT major and led the facilitation for the people side of change for this technological change. The engagement is over the entire period of project: April, 2018 to December 2019. * Conduct of workshops on Change Management for diverse clients * Am the master facilitator for the participants of the Certified Change Management Program of the global company learning management company, Aon.
