I am a professional sensitive to social issues, and oriented to the aspects of human formation. Fundamentally I have experience in the areas of integral management; experiential learning (experiential education), business consulting and training processes for leadership and teamwork. For more than 20 years I have had responsibilities in group training, leading groups and guiding formal and informal training processes for facilitators. I have experience in university teaching and process management. 

I have a leadership style conducive to developing others, achieving results and leading teams. I am an easy learner; I enjoy interpersonal interaction and the possibilities for transformation and change. I have held formal roles in university education and advising students in vocational training.
