Experienced in setting up Tech Packs, Costsheets, Bill of Materials,  and establishing Grade Rules *Sewing Labor With your garment, I will create a computerized labor routing listing all sewing operations, estimated S.A.M. (standard allowed minutes),hourly production quota, direct sewing labor and contractor labor.  *I also advise and determine the most effective ways to make a product at factory level; saving you time and money.  *Product Costing I create detailed costsheets in my Excel program which automatically calculate the bottom line, establish markup percentages,and gross profit margins. I'll advise how you can save money an
