I have a 10 year experience in this field of fashion garment deaigning and also embroidery specialist.

Following step by step procedures are my work here i am doing..
# Select and finalize a theme based on      
   some inspirations.
# Sketch different garments based on the  
   theme.
# Design and finalize each and every    
   detailing of garment such as colour,
   pattern, size and embroidery etc.
#  Choose the materials for both garment  
    and embroidery.
#  Once the design and material selection
    comlpeted, send it for dyeing purpose
    and followup it.
#  Collect from dyers and check the  
    colour. If there any dyeeing default  
    again send it for redye.
#  After dyeing  collect and send it for
   ironing.
#  Send the dyed material for embroidery.  
    Manage and instruct the embroidery      
    workers and follow up the work.
# After the embroidery work finished
  calculating the time and rate of
  embroidery and send it for cutting and
  stitching .
# Follow up cutting and stitching then    
  iroing processes and also recollect it
  after finished.
