More than 30 years of experience in managing fashion and luxury collections for top-tier apparel and accessories brands allowed me to explore and manage all steps of design to production process: visual merchandising, retail management, wholesale management and finally merchandising for brands such as Alexander McQueen, Roberto Cavalli, Michael Kors and Dsquared2. In my roles as merchandising director, I led many strategic initiatives to develop the business and sustain growth while improving brand awareness and positioning. Precise business analysis as well as excellent project-management skills are the foundation on which I deliver financial results through a clear and focused merchandising strategy. My awareness of shifts in society, mass behavior and localized trends such as sustainability, new technologies and gamification allows me to intercept potential market opportunities adjusting strategies in real time.
