Hi, I'm a photographer and director based in downtown Los Angeles. The core of my photography is people. A face is not merely a set of features but rather a unique pattern, meaningful in its own form and content.I shoot editorial portraiture, advertising, fashion and fine art. I shoot film whenever I can, however I shoot mainly digitally these days. I grew up in Palermo, Italy. I graduated from the University of Wales, Newport, UK, with a First Class BA Degree in Documentary Photography. Thereafter, I moved back to Italy to open my own studio. I moved to Los Angeles in 2009 where I got my MFA in Filmmaking and I directed numerous short films. After co-founding the indie production company Blackboard Pictures, in 2012 I completed my feature length directorial debut, ‘The Fortune Theory’.
