Having worked from home in five different virtual call center environments since 2004, I understand the self-discipline required to maintain cordial customer relations, high dial-out rates, accurate record keeping, and the need to stay focused on the task at hand to achieve maximum productivity on behalf of your company, your clients, and myself. I am adept at lead generation, database cleanup, appointment-setting, event attendance and registration confirmation support, and have some experience with inbound/outbound credit card payment processing. I am willing to work any day of the week, any hour of the day or night on inbound projects. I prefer to work regular business hours during Monday-Friday on outbound projects. I am able to begin working immediately.
