Hi, I am freelancer. Although, I am new, I have a lot of work experience and good in typing. I also good Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point and this conversion. I also have experience coordinate project management of conversion opportunities by the customer. Specific tasks to include developing project management tracker, scheduling calls with the local sales reps to get an update on progress, reporting of roadblocks to project success to the Industry Director and maintaining project tracking template to ensure field conversion activities are being monitored. 

Conversion specialist roles vary depending on the industry, like lead conversion specialists and data conversion specialists. We communicate with users and stakeholders in the business for smooth transitions, documentation, and training. We work on dispatching and escalating helpdesk tickets to IT personnel, making system enhancement recommendations, and creating multiple data converting macros for shorter processing turn-around times and increased accuracy in different processing departments. We are also in charge of creating audit processes for the quality assurance of the transfer of data from one source to another.

*  Provide creative input for new digital plans and promotions
