• Finalization and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements • To prepare other regular and ad hoc reports, comparison reports as required by the directors and other members of Senior Management team. • Ensure accurate & timely billing, dispatches, stocks availability, stocks ordering etc. • Analyze job wise revenues and cost with the order costing, analyze margins & expenses. • Preparations of inter companies’ adjustments, allocation of expenses and other particulars. • Finalize and consolidate monthly, half yearly and annual financial statements and analysis thereof. • Review & reconciliation of Purchases (Import & locally), sales, stock report monthly.
