• Post CA qualification 22+ years’ experience. • ERP implementation, as Project Manager (PeopleSoft, NetSuite, MSD). • Experience spread over PE Funding, M&A, Accounting, Finance, Audit, Compliance • Setting up the Shared Service Center for overseas subsidiaries from scratch. • Independently handle large size Accounts Consolidation of subsidiaries and joint venture for more than 16 quarters for statutory reporting. • Handle valuation reporting and subsequent accounting treatments (Indian and US GAAP) of M&A transactions. • Project reporting for 15+ STPI office. • Corporate Budgeting, forecasting, finance models • Clause 49 compliance like Risk management, CEO/CFO certifications on internal control. • Successfully handled 2 due diligences with US based PE funds • Setting up Offices, Subsidiaries • Complete GST implementation
