I have my academic qualification in the field of Financial Management and Accountancy including Masters degree and a Bachelors degree . Also I have working experience with more than 20 years , which includes , preparation of financial statement and analysis , preparation of payroll , staff hiring and appraisals , policy development , preparation of company taxation etc. I also have experience in the General Administration level which includes logistics , company secretarial etc. My audit experience which spans for 4 years in different industries have brought about experience in addition to the financial statements on the areas such as internal controls , system reviews , client and project management
