• Audits sales and revenue report of various revenue-generating departments. • Review weekly cost reports and monthly analysis, service/bar and kitchen consumption reports and various store issuance report. • Review inventory turnover and related ratios and approve slow-moving and obsolete items for disposal • Review selling prices of all trading stocks and their cost of sales to ensure alignment within the business plan • Other duties as may be necessary in auditing and accounting.
