- Primarily responsible in monitoring and controlling the accounts extended to the creditors and submitting the weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the Finance Head. The reports include the Accounts receivables monitor, Daily Sales Reports, Stock Adjustments Memo, updated Inventory of Stock Keeping Units and Daily deposits from Cash Sales and credit collections. These reports are then discussed and explained during the Monthly Operations Report. It also involves the task in checking the daily sales report submitted by the Sales employees. When problems occur in the field regarding the extended credit, it is also one of the tasks to settle it by getting in to the creditor and discuss about the problem. It is also the Finance Representative’s job to clear up the District’s payables such as expenses and the like by preparing the Request to Pay and some liquidation of expenses.
