- Accuracy when preparing deal pricing for proposals and processing sales booking. Also on actual financials results analysis, explanations on actual results vs forecasts deviations, and estimation of financials trends. - Ability to lead daily calls with the Company Executives Finances Leaders to discuss financials or make suggestions on certain matters when necessary. - Abilily to work together with the different sectors of the firm, such as the tax team, human resources team to look for the best option that matches each project needs. - Pro-activity looking for improving projects financials by suggesting possible ways of reducing ineffective cost and increasing margins.
