• MBA (Finance) & LLB – (Lawyer, Specialization in Taxation) result pending, Experience in conceptualizing and implementing financial standards procedures, including working capital management, internal financial controls, pricing & costing, funding & projection. Reporting to Finance director / Chief Financial Officer level. • Well versed with modern accounting systems and standards with expertise in preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account with supported schedules and statement. Accounts Analysis, Taxations, Reconciliation Statements, and General Accounting & Auditing. Overseeing preparation and finalization of statutory books of accounts viz., Financial Statements, (Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss) in compliance with time and accuracy norms • Proficient in handling & managing the entire financial operations as well as company audits internal/external & preparing reports thereon; proficient in Financial Modelling / Financial Forecasting; exposure in periodic cash flow forecasting. • Hands-on experience in Capital budgeting, screening new projects and conducting feasibility studies to determine the financial viability of new ventures for accomplishment growth goals. Evaluation through Payback period, net present value with discounted cash flow numbers for opting buyout or lease rental concepts. • Possess sound knowledge about prevalent economic/financial reforms in financial markets, currency derivatives, FOREX management, hedging of currency with FEMA & RBI Guidelines. Exposure in managing treasury operations with a view to utilise available funds in a better way to achieve maximum returns and increased profitability • Banking relationship: Ensuring that bank and investment relationships meet requirements; fostering banking relationships at all banks for routine treasury operations; taking adequate measures to monitor the inflow / outflow of funds while ensuring optimum utilisation of available funds towards the accomplishment of available funds.
