Hi, my name is Jerome Broex and I'm a Dutch person living in Turkey for the last 14 years.

With regards to my experience:

I have worked in Finance for the last 14 years (first at a bank and now at the biggest electricity company of Turkey). I have a bachelor and MBA from University of Maastricht and in addition I'm a CFA charterholder since 2015.

I currently work as the corporate finance manager of Enerjisa where I design the financial strategy of the 8 Enerjisa group companies (this includes renewable and conventional electricity generation, electricity retail sales, distribution, electrical vehicles stations and distributed green energy). Besides the financial strategy I also manage the execution, meaning the funding of operations (long term financing and short term working capital financing). In addition I am managing the risk mitigation / hedging and all other secondary jobs related to this (legal, budgeting and accounting)

I have done many project finance projects (funding via EBRD and IFC) and the related due diligences, term sheet and monitoring processes (including extensive financial modeling).

Before being the corporate finance manager, I was the treasury lead where I managed operations and where I led and implemented technological improvement projects (integrating a treasury management system into our ERP system). 

In addition, I am the Chief Investment Officer that manages the funds of our private family office, where we invest in equity, bonds and hedge funds.
