Process and reconcile monthly vendor invoices for Medical, Dental and Vision benefits • Prepare and send out monthly intercompany recharges • Act as a resource for Payroll/ HR contacts to ensure their understanding and compliance with Benefit and HR policies and regulations • Generate purchase order(PO) as needed to pay vendors using oracle • Keep track of severance, COBRA and life Insurance policies to make sure governmental laws are being followed.

Reconcile monthly enrollments and disenrollments data to ensure adherence to policy and procedures • Act as liaison between finance department and Human Resources Administration (HRA) to identify, track and resolve member eligibility issues in a timely manner • Review monthly rosters from Department of Health (DOH) to analyze track and resolve issues and discrepancies in enrollment and eligibility • Perform ongoing reconciliation to ensure billing is timely and in accordance with established procedures-census is over fifteen thousand members • High performer recognition from senior management in leading and executing new projects • Respond to both internal and external audit requests
