For select clients, willing to provide M&A advice and assist in buying, selling, or merging companies. My primary expertise is in mergers and acquisitions, however to work successfully with someone, it usually requires a significant investment of time and energy, and I'd prefer to only work with clients who are serious buyers or sellers.
