•Financial analysis & reporting to stakeholders eg BoT, Investors etc •Filing of PAYE & SDL monthly and annual statutory returns. •Monthly bank reconciliations review. •Monitoring & review of petty cashes across all branches on a monthly basis. •Vat reconciliations and filing of returns month on month. •Filing Withholding tax returns on a monthly basis plus filing annual returns of the same. •Monitoring of travel imprests to ensure adherence to company policies and proper retirement. •In charge of the GL postings, Accruals & prepayments, APs & ARs so as to ensure accurate management reports. •Monitoring of budgets and communicating the same to budget center heads for action. •Maintaining company Asset register •Preliminary management reporting •Supporting external auditors during annual audits •Treasury duties.
