I have three years of experience in Investment Banking, where I acquired highly advanced financial modelling and presentations preparation skills. I started my professional career in BNP Paribas in the Mergers and Acquisitions department where I developed advanced Excel modelling skills in a hard-working atmosphere. I gained experience building complex companies' business models including Enel subsidiary in Eastern Europe, power distribution company Enovos or Spanish advertising company Cemusa. Additionally, I acquired extended Power Point experience making presentations to investors such as the Information Memorandum for the acquisition of an equity stake in EDF nuclear plants or the sale of Portuguese healthcare company Espírito Santo Saúde. In 2015, I joined Spanish Investment Banking and Asset Management Group N+1 to launch a pan-European renewable energy fund with €400m of target size. The team was formed by two Managing Partners and myself. I was in charge of all the execution tasks including assets valuation (I performed over hundred asset valuations using DCF models), presentations preparation and European energy markets analysis. After over a year of unsuccessful capital raising, N+1 decided to discontinue the project and I started working as a freelance for my former bosses providing financial advisory to investors in the European Energy market. I have recently built the business plan of a fifteen wind farms portfolio for a Spanish Independent Power Producer.
