For the past 15 years I've provided consulting and business services for a multitude of different CRE and other going concerns.  While most of my work has been with various commercial and residential real estate investors and developers, I've also had the good fortune to also consult in a myriad of fields, inlcuding restaurants, technology, property management start ups and more recently renewable energy efforts.  These projects have been both large and small and spread throghout the country and Caribbean.  

Earlier in my career, I worked for several publicaly traded real estate private equity and mortgage banking firms that provided excelent corporate training. In this way, my experience in all apects of business has endowed me with an entrepeneurial spirit saddled with corporate rigor. 

I am available for financial analysis, capital formation, business planning and transactional support.  I'd really like to help small businesses recover from pandemic economic fallout and grow into the next iteration and have been developing a deeper understanding of the programs and incentives that have recently become available.
