I have started my own venture for real estate development and successfully exited a residential floors project in the last oney year. Before that I was working for Emaar MGF and responsible for raising funds through multiple channels like IPO, Private Equity, Banks, External Commercial Borrowings etc. I have an end to end transaction experience on residential, commercial & hospitality projects. Prior to this, I have worked with HSBC as an Equity Research Analyst and was involved in preparing detailed financial models & writing equity research reports on companies in Real Estate & Banking sector. I have done Master in Finance & Control (MFC) and Bachelor Of Financial & Investment Analysis (BFIA) from University Of Delhi. I have also completed FRM, USA as well as I am a level 2 candidate of CFA, USA. I am an avid reader with a keen interest in meditation.
