I am good in communication skills especially in Malay and English language. My career before has been strengthen my confident level in communicating with customers. Furthermore, the course that I took for my degree which is business and management (hons) finance, my diploma in banking studies, and my previous job as a waitress have provided me with a well-rounded background and enabled me to develop an analytical approach to tasks, ability to work under pressure and software skills include Microsoft excel, Microsoft word and as well as Microsoft power point. In short, I am reliable, hard-working with strong attention to detail and eager to learn more about new technologies, new skills and business issues. I am also able to work well both on my own and in a team.
