I’m a financial & data analyst working for one of the biggest financial institution in MENA region. I’m a financial modeler certified and have a humbled experience in financial modeling and analysis, I worked on quiet enough cases, and they are similar to what I’m offering here, I have successfully built the assumptions and relations between factors for example (pricing, productivity, ….etc) , and end up with visuals that demonstrate I earned a financial modeling certificate from Corporate finance institute, and also I earned an investment certificate from Chartered Financial Analyst CFAR . Financial Modeling works as a solution and tool to demonstrate, express, and combine the past events with the forecasted future events. What I’m offer is building : 1- Starting with the assumptions about the business 2- Build relations and equations between variables 3- Forecast the future performance using the assumptions and equations from step 1 and 2. 4- Using the forecasted figures, I measure the sensitivity on the future business performance 5- And then report the results using visuals to clarify what happened. It takes me from 6 to 10 hours to finish the model, in case all the required data is available. It will cost from 25$ to 50$. The building of the models requires past events data to use in building the assumptions.
