• Decision-useful investment proformas, cashflow and financing models (including scenario/sensitivity analysis), with varying levels of complexity (from the simple/high-level to the complex/detailed). This I currently do for:

  2. For-sale Multifamily (condos, duplexes, townhomes, etc.) projects,
  3. Rental Multifamily (apartments, duplexes, townhomes, etc.) projects,

• Project and Corporate Finance models for the assessment of other forms of Capital projects, such as: 
  1. Reserve-based oil and gas development, and CAPEX activities,
  2. Equipment / Machinery acquisition,
  3. Solar Power projects, and a lot more.

• Business Valuation & Credit Analysis models that can be used for the purposes of:
  1. Raising capital (debt, equity, mezzanine, or any combinations),
  2. Mergers and Acquisition.

• Operations models for day-to-day decision-making within businesses.

• Business Budgets with the capacity to capture Actuals and carry out Variance Analyses.

• 3-Statement models (Income statement, Balance sheet & Cashflow statement) for use by all classes of stakeholders and for growth/expansion projections.
