I provide Excel financial modelling and investment analysis for real estate development and investment projects,  assessing feasibility, returns, cashflow and profitability for residential, commercial and conversion deals. I have knowledge of the planning system in both the UK and NZ.

I hold an MBA from Oxford, a postgraduate certificate in public management, and bachelor degrees in property, business, history and international relations.

My career experience includes financial forecasting and establishing operations for a real estate development JV between the University of Oxford and Legal & General Capital; progressing a pipeline of real estate development projects for a JV for a London borough council; and NZ government residential real estate projects and housing public policy advice to ministers.
