Currently pursuing Ph.D. in Finance (Topic: Anomalies in Company Valuation in a Merger & Acquisition Deal). Profile: A hard-core finance professional. I started my career in 1991 by promoting an export business, then worked with Transport Corporation of India as Manager Accounts and Finance, worked with Bata India Ltd. as Assistant Manager - Costing and Finance, worked with a US based software company Panini Logix as a Product Manager developing finance products in Corporate Finance and Financial Services, worked with ICFAI as a faculty member teaching specialized subjects in Finance and currently working as Academic Head - Finance in Magnus School of Business (a newly promoted business school by ICFAI) taking care of Finance subjects, and acting as the Cont
