I have worked in the Irish Financial Services industry for 10 years. I hold the EU Industry Standard Financial Planning Qualification as well as a Diploma in Psychology.I worked in many areas of the Financial Services industry starting in New Business Life Assurance & Pensions for 3 years, moving into Credit Cards & Loans for 2 years, I worked in Claims for Life Cover & Permenant Health Insurance for 2 years. For the past 3 years I have been working for a large financial instution as a Quality Asurance Officer, this position involves assessing Financial Advice & Sales made to our customers, ensure that the advice is suitable and compliant. I have strong administration skills which include word processing, excel spreadsheet design & development, procedure & process reviews.
