I have been helping companies handle their financial and accounting challenges for more than past 20 years. My experience has been multi-industry. I have created long-range business plans which have given clarity to management on which business to focus on. I have done business analysis which have helped managements in understanding individual client and business profitability. I have internally developed internal control and accounting manuals to set-up/streamline accounting. I have managed treasury by identifying surplus funds and investment avenues to generate additional incomes. Statutory compliances have always been part and parcel of the job. I have challenged age-old pricing mechanism of bids and won IT contracts. In short, my key skill is to rely less on experience and more on accounting common sense and I guess my good intent to solve a problem and help the business has always stood by my side.
