I am a Venezuelan lawyer who recently became an United States resident. I have a Masters Degree in Corporate & Finance in the U.S. Back in Venezuela I worked as a freelance lawyer and in-house counsel, as well as a Law School Professor in International Law and Legal English. I am trying to find flexible jobs while preparing for the Bar Exam, here in the United States. I speak Spanish, English (TOELF approved) and Italian. I have worked as a freelance writer on economics and finance, as well as a freelance researcher and translator. I have also coached United Nation Models.
