I am an experienced Virtual Assistant, Paraplanner (Financial Strategist), Client Services, and Customer Support Representative with a demonstrated history in working in the financial industry, retail industry and telecom industry. I've been working in administration and very passionate about providing assistance to help clients gain confidence and peace of mind that their financial future is secure.
I'm a goal-oriented, fast learner and can work with less supervision. Also, I'm good at multi-tasking as well from preparing documents for the review meeting, creating clients appointment, handling emails, doing market and investment research, creating statement or record of advice (financial strategy), addressing customer's concerns, taking down notes, tool navigation, down to resolving customer's concerns and handling client's finances using all available resources.

-Preparing advice documents, including (but not limited to) Statements of Advice, Records of
Advice and Value Propositions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations regarding
financial advice
- Preparing financial analyses and financial plans for clients.
- Assisting with analysis, rebalancing, and administration of client investment portfolios.
- Conducting investment research, reporting, and analysis.
Ensure turnaround times and deadlines are appropriately managed
- Researching existing and potential replacement products to prepare the most
appropriate recommendation for a client in an advice document. Eg product comparisons,
insurance analysis and quoting, contacting funds for information
- Prepare advice in accordance with Best Interest Duty obligations and procedures
- Performing quality and compliance reviews of advice documents, internally and externally, to
ensure high levels of quality are maintained
- Providing support for processing client service needs.
- Assisting with the creation and implementation of workflows and procedures to improve efficiency
and enhance the client experience.
