Financial Strategy Consultant

I have over 3 years of Finance and Corporate Strategy experience combined. I have assisted in Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”) transactions, with a focus on various aspects of the deal cycle as well as assisting companies in developing a strategic framework for their businesses. My professional experience is further complemented with my passing of all 3 levels of the CFA exams and obtained my charterholder. 

I have various working experience specialized in the financial industry from one of the leading fund management house in Malaysia as an internal consultant role to develop a corporate's medium to long-term strategy and expand the business from traditional channels to online channels. I also assist in launching strategic products by conducting market research and financial projections. Besides, I am also tracking projects in the project management office. 

Manage a portfolio of 6 Operating Companies for their financial forecast and analysis. Support their business case study, financial modelling, forecast projection. 6 operating companies from different field range from advertising, financial services, payment, and lending.
